TRACKING & ARRIVAL

Once your order has been handed over to our carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with live tracking credentials.

• Freight Shipments: For large-scale items (XPO), the carrier will typically contact you via phone or email to schedule a delivery window for your convenience.
• Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect the external packaging. If you notice any significant damage to the crate or box, please document it with photos before unboxing.

• Damage Claims: In the rare event of transit damage, contact us at support@lilamps.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photography of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement at no cost to you.
• 30-Day Returns: We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and returned to our warehouse facility.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and housed in their original protective packaging.

Arrival Integrity Guarantee
In the rare event that a fixture arrives damaged or incorrect, LiLamps assumes full responsibility.

• Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return label and your choice of a priority replacement or a full refund.
• Reporting: Please notify us at support@lilamps.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

1-Year Limited Warranty
Every LiLamps luminary is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your fixture develops a fault within 12 months, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is inspected at our warehouse, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
