Are the materials used in your fixtures genuine? Yes. At LiLamps, we work exclusively with authentic, earth-born materials. Our collections feature genuine Alabaster, Rock Crystal, and Solid Brass. We do not use synthetic resins or "faux" stone finishes.
Because we use natural minerals, each piece possesses unique veining, color gradients, and mineral deposits. These are not defects but the "fingerprint" of the stone. No two LiLamps fixtures are ever identical.
Our brass is hand-finished and typically sealed with a high-grade architectural lacquer to preserve its luster. If you prefer a "living finish" that patinas over time, please contact our studio for a bespoke request.

Our logistics timeline consists of a 3–7 business day processing period followed by transit: Wall Sconces: 7–10 Business Days. Pendants & Ceiling Lights: 15–20 Business Days. Grand Chandeliers: 25–30 Business Days.
We use "White-Glove" level packaging. Small items are housed in multi-layered high-density foam, while our larger sculptural pieces and chandeliers are shipped in hand-built, reinforced wooden crates.
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and returned in their original packaging to our warehouse facility.
While rare, if a piece is damaged during transit, just Contact Us within 48 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
