At LiLamps, we provide complimentary, fully insured shipping on every acquisition. Whether you are ordering within the USA or internationally, we handle the logistics and insurance to ensure your luminaries arrive in pristine condition with no hidden fees or surprise duties at checkout.
STUDIO PROCESSING TIMELINE
Every fixture undergoes a meticulous final quality inspection and technical calibration before leaving our facility.

Order Processing: 3–7 Business Days.

Custom Configurations: Bespoke orders or specialized finishes may require additional fabrication time; our design team will provide a specific timeline upon order confirmation.
TRANSIT ESTIMATES BY PRODUCT TYPE
Shipping timeframes vary based on the scale and complexity of the fixture. We utilize premium carriers including UPS, FedEx, and XPO Logistics to guarantee safe arrival.
Note: For domestic USA shipments, we prioritize the fastest available routes to ensure your project stays on schedule.
SPECIALIZED PACKAGING
Because we work with fragile, high-value materials like alabaster, rock crystal, and solid brass, our packaging is engineered for maximum protection.

Sculptural & Large Items (Grand Chandeliers): Hand-built wooden crates designed to withstand international transit and heavy handling.
DIGITAL TRACKING
Once your order dispatches from our studio, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking credentials. For large-scale freight (Chandeliers via XPO), tracking will update once the specialized crate arrives at the regional logistics hub for final-mile delivery.
DELIVERY PROTECTION & GUARANTEES

Arrival Damage: While extremely rare due to our crating methods, if a piece arrives damaged, contact support@lilamps.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund immediately.

Lost in Transit: If an order is not delivered within 90 days of dispatch, we provide an automatic full refund and handle the carrier claim on your behalf.

Regional Engineering: Every lamp is configured specifically for your shipping address. We adjust voltage, plug types, and compliance (UL, CE, RoHS) to match your local electrical standards before shipping.
