This digital studio is operated by LiLamps. Throughout this platform, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LiLamps. By accessing our site and/or acquiring our luminaries, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including our integrated Privacy and Shipping policies.

These Terms apply to all visitors, designers, architects, and private clients. Please review these terms carefully. By utilizing any part of the LiLamps portal, you acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions.

SECTION 1 – DIGITAL STORE PROTOCOLS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not utilize our artisanal fixtures for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, nor violate any intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction. Any transmission of destructive code or malicious software will result in the immediate cessation of your access to our Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL ENGAGEMENT

We reserve the right to decline service to any party at our discretion. You acknowledge that your data (excluding financial details) may be transferred across various networks to facilitate your order. All credit card information is strictly encrypted during every transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our designs or proprietary content without express written consent from LiLamps.

SECTION 3 – CONTENT ACCURACY & UPDATES

While we strive for perfection, we are not liable if information on this site is occasionally inaccurate or outdated. The material provided is for general reference; we recommend consulting our studio team directly for critical project specifications. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

The costs for our luminaries are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our collection or service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for price adjustments or service suspensions.

SECTION 5 – ARTISANAL PRODUCTS & ACQUISITIONS

Certain luminaries may be exclusive to our online portal. We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our alabaster, brass, and rock crystal accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true organic nature of the materials.

  • Return Policy: All purchases are subject to our Return Policy, which allows for free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned to our designated warehouse facility in their original, uninstalled condition.

  • Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any individual or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current and accurate account information for all transactions and to update your details promptly to ensure successful delivery.

SECTION 7 – LOGISTICS & SHIPMENT

LiLamps provides complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders.

  • Studio Processing: 3–7 Business Days.

  • Transit Estimates: * Wall Sconces: 7–10 Business Days (Express Parcel)

    • Pendants & Ceiling Lights: 15–20 Business Days (Standard Air / Ground)

    • Grand Chandeliers: 25–30 Business Days (Specialized Freight)

  • Carriers: We partner with premier carriers including UPS, FedEx, and XPO Logistics for all domestic and international transit.

SECTION 8 – USER FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

If you provide us with design feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant LiLamps the right to utilize, edit, and distribute those comments without restriction. We are not obligated to maintain comments in confidence or provide compensation for them.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

In addition to standard legal prohibitions, you are strictly forbidden from using the site or its content: (a) for unlawful gain; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (c) to submit misleading information; (d) to harvest data from our users; or (e) for any immoral or obscene purpose. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of service.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LiLamps does not guarantee that your use of our service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. In no event shall LiLamps, our directors, or our artisans be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold LiLamps harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any laws or rights of a third party.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for the provision of luminaries shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
