1. ORDER ACQUISITION
Orders are processed securely through the LiLamps digital portal. Upon successful checkout, you will receive an automated confirmation email detailing your selection, technical specifications, and estimated logistics timeline.

Review Period: Please verify your shipping address and product configurations (size, finish, quantity) immediately. As many of our artisanal fixtures are hand-finished or made-to-order, modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@lilamps.com.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of placement. If production has already been initiated or the item has formally entered the logistics chain, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee or will need to follow our standard return procedure.
3. SECURE PAYMENT MODALITIES
We utilize heavily encrypted payment gateways to guarantee your financial security. We accept all major credit providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, as well as premium digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are billed in full at the point of sale.

Regional Compliance: Every luminary is engineered specifically to match the electrical standards (Voltage, frequency, and plug types) of your shipping destination (e.g., 110–120V configuration for North America).

Organic Variations: We specialize in fine natural elements including authentic Alabaster, Rock Crystal, and Solid Brass. Because these are earth-born minerals, variations in veining, mineral deposits, and stone translucency are inherent characteristics of the piece and are not considered defects.

Safety Certification: All fixtures are engineer-tested and certified (UL, CE, or CSA standards) to ensure the highest structural safety.
5. LOGISTICS & DELIVERY FRAMEWORK
We provide Complimentary Insured Shipping on all global orders. To ensure the safe transit of fragile stone and crystal, we utilize high-density reinforced packaging and premium carriers including UPS, FedEx, and XPO Logistics.

Tracking: You will receive a digital tracking number once your item leaves our facility. Please note that for oversized chandeliers (via XPO), tracking typically updates once the specialized freight carrier scans the crate at the regional logistics hub.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your acquisition, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a piece arrives damaged, LiLamps covers all return logistics and provides a priority replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

General Returns: Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and housed securely in their original protective crates and packaging. Returns must be sent directly to our authorized warehouse facility.

Exclusions: Custom-tailored fixtures or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. BESPOKE & CUSTOM PROJECTS
We offer architectural customization for many of our core designs, including adjusted drop lengths and specialized metal finishes. Due to the dedicated manufacturing required, custom commissions are completely non-refundable once production begins. Please contact our design team for a formal quote.
8. LIMITED WARRANTY
All LiLamps products carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty strictly covers internal components and factory faults; it does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, environmental wear, or unauthorized modifications.
