At LiLamps, we believe the acquisition of fine lighting should be a seamless experience. We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders. Every luminary is tracked and protected from our studio doors to your interior, with no hidden logistics fees at checkout.
STUDIO PROCESSING TIMELINE
Before any fixture dispatches, it undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection and technical calibration to ensure it meets our architectural and artisanal standards.

Custom Configurations: Specialized finishes or bespoke adjustments may require additional time; our concierge team will notify you of any schedule variations immediately.

Delivery times are determined by the scale and delicacy of the fixture. We partner with premier carriers including UPS, FedEx, and XPO Logistics to provide the most reliable transit routes.

ARCHITECTURAL PACKAGING
To safeguard the organic materials of our fixtures such as natural alabaster, solid brass, and rock crystal we utilize specialized, high-density protective housing. Large-scale sculptural pieces and grand chandeliers are shipped in reinforced wooden crates engineered to withstand the rigors of international transit.
TRACKING & ARRIVAL
Once your order has been handed over to our carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with live tracking credentials.

Freight Shipments: For large-scale items (via XPO), the carrier will contact you via phone or email to schedule a dedicated delivery window for your convenience.

Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect the external packaging on delivery. If you notice any significant damage to the crate or box, please document it with photographs before unboxing.
DAMAGES & RETURN PROTECTION

Damage Claims: In the rare event of transit damage, contact us at support@lilamps.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number alongside clear photography of the damage. We will immediately prioritize an expedited replacement at no cost to you.

30-Day Returns: We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and returned securely to our facility.
