Thank you for shopping with LiLamps. We stand behind the quality of our lighting products and provide a limited warranty for eligible items purchased directly from lilamps.com.

1. Warranty Period

LiLamps offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible lighting fixtures purchased from our website.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

2. Products Covered

This limited warranty applies to eligible LiLamps lighting fixtures, including but not limited to:

  • Chandeliers

  • Pendant lights

  • Wall sconces

  • Picture lights

  • Ceiling lights

  • Outdoor lighting fixtures, where specifically marked for outdoor use

Warranty coverage applies to the fixture body, frame, canopy, compatible electrical components, and included fixture hardware under normal use and proper installation.

3. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, LiLamps may provide support if an eligible product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, material defect, or electrical component defect under normal use.

Covered issues may include:

  • Manufacturing defects in the fixture structure

  • Defects in included electrical components

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Missing or defective fixture hardware reported within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Product issues that occur under normal use and proper installation

LiLamps will review each warranty request based on the information, photos, videos, and order details provided by the customer.

4. Light Bulbs Are Not Covered

Light bulbs are not covered under the LiLamps warranty.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Complimentary bulbs

  • LED bulbs

  • E26 bulbs

  • E12 bulbs

  • G9 bulbs

  • Replacement bulbs

  • Bulbs damaged during installation, use, handling, or replacement

If a bulb is included with your order, it is provided as a complimentary accessory and is not part of the 2-year limited warranty.

5. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Light bulbs or other consumable items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Installation by an unqualified person

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage, incompatible bulbs, excessive wattage, power surges, or electrical issues

  • Damage caused by modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or installation requirements

  • Damage caused after installation, including accidental impact or customer handling damage

  • Damage caused by cleaning products, chemicals, moisture, corrosion, or environmental conditions

  • Use of indoor fixtures in outdoor or damp/wet locations unless the product is specifically marked as suitable for that use

  • Labor costs, electrician fees, installation fees, removal fees, reinstallation fees, or other related service costs

  • Shipping damage that was not reported within the required timeframe under our Shipping Policy or Return & Refund Policy

  • Slight variations in color, finish, texture, veining, crystal appearance, stone pattern, glass characteristics, or natural material appearance

  • Product color differences caused by lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, or monitor display differences

Natural materials such as alabaster, stone, glass, crystal, and metal finishes may vary from piece to piece. These natural variations are not considered defects.

6. Installation Requirement

Many LiLamps fixtures are hardwired lighting products. For safety and proper performance, installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

LiLamps is not responsible for product damage, electrical issues, personal injury, property damage, or installation problems caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or use that does not follow the product specifications.

Please review the product page carefully before installation, including dimensions, voltage, bulb type, maximum wattage, canopy details, hanging height, and installation notes.

7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact LiLamps customer support with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Photos of the installed fixture, if applicable

  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

  • Any other information requested by our support team

Warranty claims cannot be processed without sufficient proof of purchase and evidence of the issue.

8. Warranty Review and Resolution

After receiving your warranty request, LiLamps will review the information provided. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under this limited warranty, LiLamps may, at its discretion, offer one or more of the following solutions:

  • Replacement part

  • Repair guidance

  • Replacement fixture or component

  • Store credit

  • Other reasonable solution determined by LiLamps

The exact resolution will depend on the product, the nature of the issue, product availability, and the warranty review result.

If the same product or part is no longer available, LiLamps may offer a comparable replacement or another reasonable solution.

9. Shipping for Warranty Service

If a warranty claim is approved, LiLamps will provide instructions for the next steps.

Depending on the situation, customers may be asked to return the defective part or product for inspection before a replacement or solution is provided.

LiLamps is not responsible for unauthorized return shipments. Please do not send any product back without first contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions.

10. Warranty and Return Policy

This Warranty Policy is separate from our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items upon delivery, and customer dissatisfaction requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty claims apply only to eligible product issues that occur within the 2-year limited warranty period after delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiLamps is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, electrician fees, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, loss of use, property damage, or other expenses related to the product.

This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights depending on your state or local laws.
